Subject: Happy Thanksgiving to all Author: Phyllis [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 10:01:20 11/17/01 Sat Sounds like Mary Lee will have quite a crowd for Thanksgiving. I know you will have lots of good eats and fun. Wished we were closer. Marty flew into National yesterday. Jim met him there and visited a short while. He had rented a car so he could drive up to C'ville for the Va Tech--Va footballgame today. Some friends from his old job in Landover will be joining them. Jim said the airport and parking garages were empty. I had to work. This morning Jim went with me to the commissary to do our turkey day shopping. I think the boys would like to go fishing before Thanksgiving. We have another meeting for John on Tues and I work on Wed. so I'm not surehow it will work out. Marty needs to be back here Wed night to pick up his friend at the airport. I guess I will go down Thurs morning to the country with them. Hopefully we will get an early start so the turkey won't be too late getting done. I suggested Jim and or Allison could do it but that suggestion got voted out. Jim got a call from SW airlines in response to his letter re: their not allowing me to go to the gate with mom. But saying they are sorry didn't help much. He suggested they needed to educate the staff at BWI. Jim is still not feeling tops, still gets a pm fever and coughs. but they can't find out what is wrong. He says he's not going to the Dr again for a few weeks. Thanks for Ryan's b'ball schedule, I printed it for Jim. Have a good weekend everyone.
