We had a great Thanksgiving Day at the country. The weather was unbelievable. The boys took the boat out a couple of times but Jim didn't go because he still doesn't feel good. We did the turkey in the roaster and it turnout tender and juicy so the boys say I can continue to use it . Haley will be a true Hall --she ate everything in sight that we would allow her to have. Marty and Marcella went shopping in Williamsburg and the rest of us went to our respective homes on Friday. Joe and Allison were hosting a cocktail party for a friend who is getting married in Jan. and we had John to take careof. The weekend consisted of football watching eating and some sight seeing. Marty seems happy and they are off to catch their flight back to N.O. at 6:50.
I gather Coldwater lost the football game from what MaryLee wrote. Mom said Ed had a cardiac cath?????Why did they do that? and how did it turn out? She also said something about him retiring???
I did no shopping this weekend but Ill have to hit the stores soon to finish my shopping for the Hall girls and Jim. What do we owe for Mom's Chair? and Flowers?
Jim says he's bringing the decorations out of the attic tomorrow but I don't think I can get them up all in one day I have to work the next 3 days and Allison and the girls are coming on Fri to spend the weekend. We have plenty of different kinds of leftovers so I shouldn't have to cook for a few days.
