As soon as he saw her moving he was out after her, stepping up behind her and quickly shutting up Marc who was trying to tell her to just be calm and stay where she was. His eyes were hard and cold when he gazed down at her, his tone firm. "Unless your water is breaking this very second, Dominique, I suggest you go sit back down with the friends that you so desperately needed to spend time with this afternoon." He nearly growled out the words, frustation lining his tone and features. It was all born out of fear though he would never admit it. He was afraid for her, afraid that next time he wouldn't get there in time. He knew his arrival was what had sent Luca taking off, that the man hadn't planned out the execution of his desires well enough this time but next time...well Luca wouldn't make the same mistake. He was scared to death of losing her, he felt like he couldn't breathe and he just had to stay in this hard agent mode in order to keep from freaking out completely. --
