Ik ben vandaag dankbaar voor:

- De kleren die ik aanheb, waar ik me een keertje niet slecht en dik invoel, maar eigenlijk heel goed.

- Dat ik me vandaag op het werk eens een keertje redelijk goed heb gevoeld.

- Voor de steun en liefde die mijn vriend me geeft.

- De leesboek die me de nodige ontspanning geeft.

- Het ontspannende tv-programma waar ik eens goed met heb kunnen lachen.

- De leuke e-mail die ik heb gekregen van een vriendin.
