I think that stat shows how we might have overcompensated for our struggles with the interior defense. However I do think those numbers are skewed because many of our oppoents 2-point shots are not counted as we have fouled our opponets. On the opposite end of the court we are not drawing enough fouls, hence all of our 2-point shots are counted.

We lead the MAAC in 3-point attempts and we lead the MAAC in 3-pointers made by a pretty good margin since we are one of teh tops in 3P-FG%...... Those are 2 pretty amazing statements that I have not said about a Fairfield team in a long time, if ever.
