The recurring theme that I keep on hearing about Nero is that he is quick and can handle the ball very well.... and because of that we can play both outside and inside and be a SF or a PF. He might fall into the category of a "tweener" forward. But in his case, it seems like he is a tweener that can play both positions effectively.

Sometimes the problem with "tweener" forwards are that they are not quick enough to play the 3/SF (especially defensively), but also not big/strong enough to be a PF as a rebounder/defender..... meaning that they really cannot play either position effectively as their mismatches in quickenss /size hurt them more thant help them. I would call this a negative tweener, and Nero does not seem to fit this category.

Nero's competition in HS can be questioned, but these last 2 games were against good teams (especialyy St Mary's) and its nice to see him come up big.
