Subject: Jon Han

How great has Jon Han been for the Stags!?!? He leads the Stags in five categories with 12.6 PPG, 5.0 APG, 46.7 FG%, 50.0 3PT% and 1.6 SPG. Putting aside the statistics, what I like the most about Jon is that he does it with such poise and within the system. His focus is first and foremost on involving his teammates and not forcing the action. He really knows how to elevate the game of everybody around. He is a PG in the truest sense. Glad your Stag Jon!!!

You could tell in the first moments of the St. Joe's game. Think that in games vs the Hawks, Prov. and Iowa he has been as good or better than any guard on the floor. What a great signing.

Joey D was the best passer and assist man Fairfield ever had! It wasn't Joey's fault that he happened to be the best shooter at the same time. Numbers are numbers! Joey was the best!

If you think Joe D was the best passer and assist man Fairfield ever had, you probably never saw John Ryan. Still my favorite all-time player.

He really reminds me of John Ryan, who was the best passer & assist man Fairfield ever had. The frosting on the cake looks like it will be his offense...it appears he may be a good point producer in addition

I saw him in the scrimmage and in the St. Joe's game. At the time I hesitated to post this but I was thinking it: Based on what I saw he reminded me of Joe DeSantis. He could shoot, could penetrate(A rare commodity with recent Fairfield guards),well-executed look-away passes and an understanding of the game. Admittedly he has a long way to go to reach the pinnacle occupied by Fairfield's best-ever player, but he has made an auspicious start. One other thing: he has shown that he can play at a competitive level against good competition, vis-a-vis, St. Joe's, Providence and Iowa.

Its a little early to crown Han anything but I think it is fair to say that this is the first recruit TOT has brought onto the team to have such an immediate impact. Goode, Gai Thompson, Todd, Maxwell have all been good players that have had an impact on the team over four years. But none came out of the shoot like Han. I really like what I have seen so far....
