She was caught when he opened the door and turned back around, her mouth flapping open like a fish out of water for just a second before she remembered her purpose and came back to the door. "I want to talk to you, Adam. And you're going to listen." She would prove to him she wasn't a joke, that she had her ducks in a row now. She wasn't the kid that had left here, that was for sure, life on her own had grown her up a little bit - she was, dare say, womanly, and focused, or so she thought.
