The South Park episode "Ginger Kids" also has an interesting view of mob violence. It begins with Cartman inciting his fellow school-children against red-heads. As he becomes successful and the red-heads are persectuted, however, his friends make him up as a ginger kid. Cartman then rallies the ginger kids and uses them to inflict mob violence on the non-gingers. Cartman shows us a scapegoat who then becomes the persecutor.
