But I dont think that we can do without the women. We are in a dependency position. We have ordained women in the Church of England. Many of these believe they were led by God to become ordained, and that God has truly blessed their ministry, are you prepared to call them at the best deluded at the worst liars?

Tony, it's very simple.

The Church is the Body of Christ, composed of all born-again believers. A church is wherever and for whatever reasons any of these believers meet.
Wherever there is an organization, there may be a church, but no organization makes a church, regardless of how they refer to themselves.

In this, the "Anglican Church" is a mere organization. And as such, it is well acceptible to have some structure as well as women in leading positions.

This, however, is not equal to "the Church" or any church inside the "Anglican Church" organization. Please remember that this is not referring to specific local bodies of the AC, but to the people that are actually gathering. Among these people, no woman should be "head of" any man, they should be equals ("in the Church, there is no male or female but Christ is all and in all"), with women realizing that they were created out of man.
Now, Paul said "To a woman, I permit not to teach". Please note that this is PAUL using the word "I". Paul probably had his reasons, and we should honour them, but this is not God speaking but Paul speaking.

It's an entirely different matter inside a family, where it becomes the wife to honour and revere the husband, just as it becomes the husband to honour and cherish the wife.

Was that comprehensible?

In Christ,
Mike K.
