Hey, how did you recognize us? And did you see the 3 German UBF leaders running away from us? :-) I wished UBF members were so courageous as these Kentucky Fried Chickens in the end ;-)

Good question ;-) I simply like the North sea, since as I child I spent nearly all my vacations at the North sea in the Netherlands, and it brings up good memories. (Luckily, my parents were not cult members so we had some holidays, though my father worked hard and usually had little time for us.) The place where we are going to next week has a healthy bracing climate, the so called wadden sea (mudflats), a national park. It's also an ideal place for biking tours. You can get some impressions here or here. Most of all, my parents are living half way to the coast and we can hand our 4year old son over to them for a week. He is really cute, but he can also be a pain in the neck with his currently many "why" questions and his demands for attention and playing with him. Next time we will have holidays together with him. Obviously vacations with the parents are very important for children, and even if they are short, they are unforgettable memories.
