I feel like there needs to be more communication. If a penalty is called let the parents know the exact reason for it. This can come from the birdhouse. Alot of new members and old do not understand or see everything that happens. This would keep the talk down about what they think they saw. For the most part the judges do a good, unrespected job, let them do it and stand by them. Even if we can all see things going on, this talk is not good for our kids. A new person in this organization should not have to "go to" a regular members trailer and meet them. We should all be making people feel welcome by going up to them. It is hard to not know anyone and feel welcome. If we have people saying we look snobbish then we prob. do! Lets not defend it, lets fix it!! We have great kids and look how we make them look to others.
