Life's a dance you learn as you go
Her feet were a distant memory, and they were often covered in mismatched socks or sandals until Gavin politely pointed it out to her. That wasn't all due to her inability to see her feet though, it wasn't terribly unusual to see her in mismatched socks, she just never paid much attention to her feet before. Now that she couldn't see them though, she found herself trying to correct that. You never realized what you were missing till it was gone. She was due to give birth any day now, and as a result she was incredibly restless, constantly working and fidgiting around the apartment. Right now she was scrubbing the counters with a scrub brush and cleaner, her brow furrowed in a mixed look of discomfort and concentration. Her lower back had been aching constantly all day long, she had to keep moving to keep her mind off of the pain. She was sure if she ignored it it would go away. She was determined to be in control of this situation.
