Subject: Historical Fiction: The Red Badge of Courage

I read the Red Badge of Courage and I thought it was a pretty good book. It's about a boy named Henry who enlists in the army thinking there will be instant battle. But he is wrong. For weeks his regiment stays in one place. Finally, they march toward the battlefield. They fight and bullets fly through the air. Henry retreats and loses track of his regiment and joins a new one. He is treated nicely and again they march towards the battlefield. When the smoke clears they see that they have won.
I'd recommend this book to anyone who likes war stories. I'd rate this book *** stars. It was pretty interesting but I didn't like it the most. It was fun though.
