I think this is ridulous too. I thought Harvick made it worse by making the comment that Kasey wasn't big enough to get out of his car. Harvick was showing that he was looking for a fight by making that comment. I think Nascar needs to be consistent too! What really has made me mad is that they will put drivers on probation, but they never make them sit out a race when they violate their probation. Look at Stewart this year. Nascar is too afraid of losing fans if they make a driver sit out a race and the drivers know it, so the drivers with the uncontrollable tempers will always get away with it.
