Subject: attaching antlers to form

Could anyone please share their method for attaching the antlers to the form? I have a hard time doing it and getting it in the right spot.

Just mounted a deer, what a pain that was. The guy had it for more than a week and now i am paying for it. Hair is falling out in many spots. I could barely get the skin in the right place without clumps falling out. I am not going to mess with it until it dries. I had a cape like this that was ok once it dried and the hair was locked in. I hope this one does the same.
