getting rid of heads such as yates will do nothing but longer tech lines. There are inline valve heads out there now that flow more/make more power than some yates castings, such as the sbf Victors. As for your 82mm turbo rule, NMRA have realized that the 82mm was too small so they are allowing a 85mm or 88mm for 2005, so thats fair if the NOS guys want to run 2 plates or 1 plate and 1 fogger. Just curious why none of the other Major Racing Org's are complaining about turbos having EFI-- NMRA/PRO/FFW/ORLANDO/ the list could go on., just seems like a pointless argument. With the exception of one car the field is running between 5.20's through to 5.60's(turbo & NOS), with that said minus that one white car and the number one car is NOS. I don't see a huge problem with the current rules, just limit turbo size to 88mm. I suppose if we give the NOS guys whatever they want atleast the fans will be getting a free fireworks show every now and then. KKAAABBBOOOOOOMMMM!!!!
