You're are very ignorant if you think a Victor head makes more power than a Yates or Neal head. You need to tell that BS to somebody else. The major racing organization's put limit's on Turbo size.

For instance the NSCA Drag Radial class:

Turbocharger - Turbocharger is limited to a 101mm-inducer wheel diameter when used in conjunction with a carburetor. Carbureted turbo entries are allowed to be any cubic inch (so long as it fits into legal block/deck combo). Fuel injection is legal in conjunction with a turbocharger, but maximum inlet inducer inside diameter limited to 88MM. Fuel injected/turbo engines limited to 360 ci. Injection of any liquid, gas or any other substance in the inlet or exhaust housing prohibited.

Aftercoolers/Intercoolers - Aftercoolers/Intercoolers are permitted. Air to air coolers or water coolers are the only systems acceptable. Water and ice are the only two acceptable components allowed in reservoir.

NMCA limites the cubes to 360-inches for 88mm turbo and the class record was set with a turbo car. The 360 cubic-inch Turbo car is 3 tenths quicker on BF Goodrich Drag Radials that the next quickest single stage nitrous car. The nitrous cars can run up to 640 cubic inches with conventional cylinder heads only. So does a 88mm turbo on any cubic inch engine with any cylinder head on Mickey Thompson Drag radials sound fair in EZ Street????
