Your point is moot! All the rule makers have to do is look at every Street legal racing organization in the country to see that Turbo/intercooled cars need severe limitations or that will be the only combination in the class. Therefore the class will die due to low car counts.

In regards to Danny's Mustang: That car could actually 60 foot quicker with 200-300lbs of weight added to the rear of the car. Weight in the right place helps 60-foot times not hurts them. The added weight will kill some MPH, but in the REAL world could actually help his 60's. Besides that you just proved my point. If the BB&T car is 300lbs heavier and running 149 MPH in the 1/8th compared to Danny/Don Gingrinch's 135 MPH then the turbo's should damn sure be limited severely. Since the BB&T has damn near a 15 MPH advantage in the 1/8th mile. Which shows how much more power they are making and the potential that the Big Turbo combination's have.

I say only allow a 82 MM turbo with air to liquid intercooler. Anything over 82 MM must be air to
air, non enhanced, with a maximum of 91 MM. No necked down turbos/superchargers. Measurement will be at the leading edge of the compressor wheel where it meets the compressor inlet housing. All incoming air is required to travel through the inducer from the front or leading edge of the inducer and cannot be introduced to the compressor blades through ports or slots of any kind.

F2, D3R prochargers allowed air to air intercoolers only. F1’s or smaller can have liquid intercoolers
