Subject: Collard Chili Soup♥

Collard Chili Soup is another low-calorie dish that satisfies ravenous dieters' appetites.

Collard Chili Soup♥
(Soup Pot)
1 package (12 ounces) frozen Pictsweet® Seasoning Blend
2 cups frozen chopped collards
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
12 ounces chicken broth
2 cans (total of 16 ounces) tomato sauce
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 can (10 ounces) Rotel Original® diced tomatoes and green chilies
⅛ cup chili powder
⅛ cup oregano
½ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon Splenda®
⅛ teaspoon baking soda
salt and pepper to taste

Sauté the seasoning blend, collards, and garlic in the olive oil. Add the remaining ingredients and cook on high 15 minutes.

Notes: Spicemouths will enjoy adding madras curry powder at the table.
A tiny bit of grated extra sharp cheddar in each bowl of soup is scrumptious.
