A WORD OF CAUTION: A friend of mine burned down his house doing this. He had the cooker right outside his garage. He did not heed all the WARNINGS about amounts of oil—he just gestimated the amount. The oil boiled over, spread into the garage, caught fire, and burned his house!

Anyone preparing this delicious turkey should carefully heed all the directions and do it well outside of any roofed area, such as a carport, keep a large fire extinguisher rated for oil fires within reach.

Delicious eating!

Tim
