Subject: Gifted Rest

ready set GO, let the flow begin from open lips n spill over my chin
blown with the winds of fate towards home and again I grow thru the skin
wich holds a soul so supremely at peace I pray that this evening won't cease
to wrinkle and crease my being like a ribbon or leaves newly free from the trees
I'm a singular beast with plural interpretations servin a verse of greatness
so the world can save itself if the words I hurl subdurally make sense
pensively take steps in the direction of familiar faces and places of rest
chased by agents of death but came up with the wit to escape from they nets
at Satans behest a demon came to speak to me in a dream
and questioned my reason for being so inconcievably clean
and I told him my spirit's not a secret I keep hidden away
my eyelids are curtains I don't get ashamed to lift to the day
with this he disintegrated and drifted his way up to heaven
because the deception that slaved him was lost in the gifted state that I slept in
