Beauty Pageant for Girls and Boys

Saturday ~ March 25, 2006 ~ 2:00 pm Crestview High School Auditorium

Rehearsal (not mandatory) March 24, 2006 6:00 pm

Beautiful Tiny Miss USA Custom Crowns, Monogrammed Banners, Custom Tiny Miss USA Trophies

Every contestant will receive a participation crown and a custom Tiny Miss USA trophy

The first ten contestants to sell 250 sponsor tickets will receive a Custom Tiny Miss USA crown!

Age Divisions: Girls 0-23 mos, 2-3 yrs, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-12, 13-15 yrs, 16-19 yrs, 20 & up married or single Boys: 0-2 yrs, 3-4 yrs, 5-6 yrs

Awards:

There will be a queen and four alternates in each age division. The queens will receive a Fabulous Tiny Miss USA Custom Crown and a Custom Tiny Miss USA Trophy, Alternates will receive a Custom Tiny Miss USA Trohpy, and all contestants will receive a participation crown.

Early Entry Fee: $85

The entry fee includes Beauty, Photogenic Award, and Best Fashion Award and Most BeautifulAward.

Late Fee: $20

$20 late fee will be charged on all entries received after Mar 18!

Attire:

Pageant Dress, Pageant Hair and Pageant Makeup

Photogenic:

Contestants may submit ONE photo, no larger than 8x10, color or black and white, to be judged as professional OR snapshot. Extra photos $5 each

SPONSOR TICKET SALES*

The first 10 contestants to sell 250 Sponsor Tickets will receive a FABULOUS TINY MISS USA CUSTOM CROWN, and be on the Tiny Miss USA Supreme Court. If you are planning on selling tickets please contact the director to reserve your crown and get sponsor tickets.

The Tiny Miss USA Pageant, it�s directors or agents and facility are not responsible for accidents , injuries or theft in route to/from or at the pageant. Improper conduct will result in disquailification from pageant. I understand there are no refunds and that all decisions of the judges are final. Score sheets will be available the week after the pageant. Photos may be used for future pageant promotions. I agree to these rules and allow my child named above to participate in this pageant.
