I've been working in plants (auto) for over 30 yrs and seen some of the work done that was done unsafe. The supervisor for some electrican have no experience at all or a new electrical engineer just out of college the hasn't even seen a code book or any training in the code. I would support any thing to require licensing of plant electricians. The other problem is small shops and maintenance men doing electrical work or doing the wrk without a master or even a journeyman. I teach at community college and have students doing this.
