Well we ditched the motorhome at the beginning of the year . It was a brand new motorhome but had a factory defect, so the manufacturer bought it back and had to give us double what we had put into it already for our time and troubles. So we are not doing any more of those "camping trips from hell". BUT we took the money and bought a 42 foot houseboat. We were thinking that this new houseboat had a defect too "No Brakes"!!! Oh sh_t!!! Turns out none of em have brakes, who woulda thought! We are waiting till next summer to have it pulled out of the water and have all the dents and chunks of fiberglass repaired. We are figuring by then we will be a little more experienced and not bump into things so much. I did buy a new toy for the houseboat, its a gas powered blender. Its called a daquiri whacker and has a weed whacker engine. Its got a pull start and 2 handle bars, ones a throttle so you can blend fast or slow, Ive been driving that thing to Margaritaville just about every weekend. The kids just learned how to water ski and they love it. My 16 yr old did have her first missing in action bathing suit bottoms experience while skiing, it was hilarious. The bottoms were retrieved by my 11 yr old daughter who felt it was the perfect opportunity to make her sister beg and agree to do some of her chores before she could have the bottoms back, paybacks are a bit_h ya know! No real adventures this year but we have seen some interesting sights. 400 pound twin sisters in thongs, with the reddest sunburned butts you have ever seen, it was interesting but the family has decided its not something we ever want to see again. We have just been having a great summer and I hope that you all have had a great one too!

Jeri
