quietly walking along the silven lakes shore a beautiful maiden pauses to watch the moons reflection rippling gently along the surface. and how did she get here? not even she knew or cared, the peace within comforting to the soul. bare feet touching down without sound upon the fine sands of the water line. toes sinking into the warmth retained from the just departed sun.(hope you dont mind me picking the time.. character does not do well in the day light.) crania lowered slightly in thought, sunkissed tresses flowing along her shoulders and framing death prefected features. lips of wine red curled slightly into a dreamy smiles thoughts not at all upon her surroundings.

dress clinging to her frame so elegantly, the silvery castings of the moon making it appear black though in truth navy blue was a suitable discription. high heels held by the straps in one hand swaying lightly at her thigh to her lazy strides. pools so brilliant blue watching with an unblinking focus the ground though it was not truly seen. the peace such a place held healing to her still heart, calming to inner cries of her own, but swiftly shattered by the whimpering of a human babe.

attention turning from her inner pondering, Crania raising and senses once more becoming focused. sharp hearing directing her gaze instantly to the steed that stood so still over a bundle of human flesh. concern flashing within her glance not sure if the creatures was harming or aiding the wee bundle. just now noticing the threat of rain that had sneaked up upon the gentle fea. steps stopping feet away as she studies the sight that seemed such the prefect picture. now knowing that the steed did indeed protect and not harm and so not rushing to the little ones aid.

a shiver crossing her shoulder blades, arms raising to hug about her petite frame. the icy winds pulling at the little heat that was within her unbeating heart. something how ever seperating this woman from that of her kind.. something that could not quite be figured out at first.. perhaps it was the care and kindness that had never died with her body or the love that one could feel by merely looking into her eyes.. whatever it was it caused her to remain standing in the rain that now streaked down her dress soaking it and dripping to the thristy ground at her feet. silence holding her tongue not sure if this horse would understand her as she knew some did.. steps inching her forward hoping it would let her atleast take the child to the shelter of an empty home not to far from here.
