Good-Morning,

A dreary, rainy morning here in Trinidad. Matthew has just left after a three week visit, for his next term at university.

I have followed this book for a few years, last year I didn't and I quite missed it. I felt scattered, I cannot tell you how many times I have opened the reading for a particular day and it is right what I need to read.

My poor book is written in pencil notes and I have highlited different topics. The ones that meant quite something a few years are still holding strong.

Have a nice morning I am off to have a cup of tea. I had to order tea from the Crabtree and Evelyn site. We have a U.S. mail-box so we are able to have things forwarded down.
