I have not made a big effort in the past to make time for myself. But now that I am parenting on my own (seperated from dh temporarily by the military) I am sorely aware of the complete lack of Me Time! When I have my husband back, I will definitely leave him in charge more regularly so I can get away. But for now, I am trying to watch less TV after the kids are in bed so I can read or knit or something else I enjoy.
