I tend to get so bogged down in the dailies (chores, etc.) that I forget to just do things for pleasure. But, the thing is...I'm so much more fun to be around when I do! Seems it does the kids good to see their mothers take care of themselves. Esp. with daughters, they need to know that it's okay to sit down and relax.
