using frenulum tying technique for phimosis -- ARC Phimosis

Subject: using frenulum tying technique for phimosis

I was wonder if you could relieve phimosis in a similar way to frenulum breve by tying stitched vertically around the phimotic ring area.. i guess i would suggest tying a vertical stitch on each side of the frenulum around the phimotic ring area for aesthetic reasons.

yes, i understand there is stretching technique as well
