If you ask Jim or Paul B about your concerns, you will be advised appropriately.
If you don't want to ask, then you can read all of the threads on that site....A couple of pages will give you an understanding.

Once you understand, you will then have 2 choices, cut and create masses of scar tissue or stretch appropriately.

Please make sure that you understand the consequences of circumcision, if you choose that route, as your son, will at some point, not be thanking you for it......

EDIT:

The device inserted to rip the foreskin apart was probably a brute force instrument to stretch the foreskin opening OR to try and seperate any adhesions of foreskin to glans.
Once again, you can ask network54 group about that....
You will learn much although I expect you must have learned quite a bit to get to this voy group....... :)
