You want the cream to loosen up the frenulum?
I would give it a few days and watch the swelling go down.
I am not sure why you think you need the cream? Obviously, I know its a skin thinner, but I thought the stitch method was satisfactory.? Yours confusedly.....
I don't know any reputable suppliers unfortunately.

I have ordered some stretch magic btw, so this time I am going for a fourth stitch attempt in the hope that I will achieve a proper frenulum cut.......... LOL, what a world eh!
Do you know that young bulls actually get more attention to the genitals because it interferes with their breeding capabilities. However, for young men, it's a taboo subject.........
