Subject: I read the BAFTA results and yes, I think After Love is a British film. The Critics Choice

results had a few pleasant surprises like Jude Hill winning for young actor and Belfast the ensemble award. In TV, I was so happy that Melanie Lynskey won best actress drama and that Kieran Culkin got best supporting actor. Murray Bartlett and Jennifer Coolidge getting awards for White Lotus made me happy too.

they usually don't. My prediction is Power of the Dog, Will Smith and Jessica Chastain. None would be my picks. But nobody asks me lol.

it's well done, but a difficult one to watch. All in Japanese, some Korean, with sub-titles, which are an effort to get thru. I'm not really sure what it's about, maybe loss or sadness.. it really kinda went over my head.
