Hey, I was surfing around, revisiting some old links, and noticed that the Joshua company revamped their website. I hadn't been there in a while, and was surprised to see some new photos and stuff. Different views than before, inside and out. And beautiful photos of the lakes. Sure is some mighty pretty country. Wish I could see it for myself in person.

Anyway, if you haven't been to the site in a while either, here's the link:

WOW. How beautiful! I thought there was an offer on the Ranch? Wouldn't it be something if the memorial concert could be there..imagine getting to see it close up and camping under those stars..I would sell my son and throw in the husband to be able to go there!! KIDDING! (maybe).
I miss the posts from Jean and hope all is well with her.

Love the idea of a tribute concert at the ranch! How about a week-long friends and fans gathering? Camping under the stars, tribute concert, acoustic jams, house tour, hiking, campfire stories and sing-a-longs.......the ranch just might be enough incentive to get Dan fans to make the trek.

I assume the sale didn't go through, so there's still a chance for us to make a purchase. I got a 20 in my wallet....how much you got? :)

As much as I love the idea, I can't imagine someone as private and meticulous as Dan being ok with it. I can see it now....everyone everywhere and the skies opening, sending the message, "Go home!" But we can dream. There might not be another place on earth that would put us closer to him. What a wonderful feeling that would be.

I noticed that the price has dropped yet again. So many people with big bucks buy out-of-the-way places for peace and quiet. I'm baffled as to why it's still unoccupied. Everything about it is magnificent.
