My car is next in line to go for chassis work at LJ's race shop. My vehicle is an 85 monte carlo ss, with notching the frame rails will i be able to tuck a 295/65 drag radial on a ten inch rim, because the car will be lowered about 2 1/2 to 3 inches so the tire can't stick out? The car is going to be run on the street evety now and then so ride quality is not a problem. The car will be run in the stock suspension class and is going to have a 434 small block on some laughing gas so the rails have to be strog enough to take some hard launches. Oh yeah did I mention that I am the only one at my high school into older american cars.
