is that we have a great amount of numbers at the kids levels and then then drastically drop off once they get to high school. Then, with not enough college programs for those good kids to go to, they just quit all together. I see that as a waste of our resources. Kids shouldn't be limited on their decisions of where they can go to school and wrestle. Do I think that's a problem in OR? No, because we have a lot of schools that offer wrestling. However, states like WA and ID, I believe only have two programs left. With all the talent they have in state, why should they be limited on their options. Title 9 is a major factor, but the other is people not taking the initiative and preventing programs from being cut in the first place.
