Subject: shop in Crosskeys

RE the shops opposite the Monkey- when I grew up there in the fifties the last shop before Pandy Park was actually run by Doreen and Archie Brace and then changed hands to May Curtis it was next to Scrivens's.

No - that sounds as if it was Bill Davage (Suzie 's husband ) archie Brace was tall with white hair

Hi Im Mary Dorren Braces Great niece my mother is rayma Doreens Niece yes she did have the shop opposite the monkey Uncle Archie was very tall previous to them my Great Grandmother Mrs Moseley was the owner of the shop

I am searching for my Grandparents Herbert Moseley and Grandmother Emily Mary Moseley, my father Melville Moseley, who I have just found out about. They lived in Gladstone St. in the 1920's, do you have any knowledge of them. As I see you posted something about a Mrs. Moseley having a shop. Would much appreciate any info. Regards. Sandra Powell
