  • "I'm fine." She spoke shortly, her fingers playing in the hem of her shirt as she bit her lip. Her eyes drifted over the hallway, gazing anywhere but at him. She didn't even know what to say - he was just one of those guys now in her eyes. It was even worse because she had felt so safe with him just a few hours before but now she didn't feel safe with anyone. She didn't feel safe in her own skin. She understood the fact that people had sex because they wanted too - she knew that in her head - but all the fears and scars and pain...it just didn't make sense to her.
