He really was a decent guy... it wasn;t much wonder he didn;t wanna get messed up with the likes of her... he was right- she did seem to attract trouble. She'd landed herself in plenty of bad situations, fights, attacks, finally a shooting. "Everyone really appreciates what you guys have done for us y'know..." She for one was going crazy being locked up in there, staring out of a tiny window with metal bars each day... she'd felt so caged, but then, most her life she'd felt that way.

  • He shrugged a touch - he was pretty humble about all that they had done for these kids. "Honey, its not a problem, we did it for you guys cuz you deserved better then what you were getting there - being in there wasn't helping any of you." He pressed another soft kiss to her cheek, playing his fingers through her hair as he gently ran his knuckle down her jaw. "I'm glad you came with us."
