Vernon (Near Gramaten Ave.) for the best Italian lemon ice ever. The last time I went there was in 1968. I also remember an ice cream stand on Route 119 in White Plains. It was shaped like a Carvel Stand and had a great big ice cream cone on the roof. Lastly, has anyone ever been to the Red Rooster hamburger and ice cream stand on route 22, in Brewster, NY.
