I have the need to vent.

Information, the source of which is available to anyone and is not subject to Copyright.

A public domain work is a creative work that is not protected by copyright and which may be freely used by everyone.

The status of publications, products, and processes that are not protected under patent or copyright.

The realm embracing property rights that belong to the community at large, are unprotected by copyright or patent, and are subject to appropriation by anyone.
