A terrible coughing roar echos around the ranch and an enormous, female grizzly bear thunders out of the underbrush. She has a nasty looking scar around her muzzle and foam hangs from both sides of her mouth. Her beady eyes do not seem to be able to see, but all of her other senses are still sharp. With a great roar she lunges at the first thing in her path, Brock. Her unseeing eyes light up with a mad fury. Foam hangs from her large white teeth as she bites insanely down upon anything and everything. Once, twice, three times, her jaws close upon Brock's body. Twice in his shoulder and once in his left arm. Then with a furious bellow she rises up upon her hind legs and lashes out with her heavey forepaws. Knocking Brock down, she stands over him and roars out her fighting challenge. There was no doubt about it, Walking Thunder had rabies and was very, very dangerous.
