SUPER BOWL results -- Harm partner in football, 21:52:16 02/02/15 Mon [2]
It was The Game of Go from the first kick off to that final interception. The game was exciting and nerve racking all at the same time. Unfortunately one team had to be Odd Man Out, with it's quarterback still looking for a Touchdown. But in the end we knew there could only be one Dream Team. And that team, Super Bowl XLIV Champions, are the New England Patriots with the winning score of 28-24.
Congratulations to the New England Patriots!!
Now you know who won the game, who won Harm?
Winner of this year's SUPER BOWL, picking the correct team and having the closest score, our own Psychic Warrior usmgrad !!! OFC has taken The Mission to heart and Promises a Full Engagement adventure. First by motorcycle then by plane, has a special weekend celebration holiday planned with you at an undisclosed location. Don't worry, Baby, It's Cold Outside will not be something you will be saying!
Congratulations usmgrad
It was Touch and Go for a while, in second place, picking the Patriots to win, but missing the score is Lee. has found you Fit for Duty and is taking you out for a night on the town to celebrate.
For the rest of the group who decided on Crossing the Line to go with the Seahawks, Angela mommy of two JAGlettes, Beth, Alicia, Debbi and Cece (sorry). All I can say is your's is The One That Got Away
And a special treat for the Spud-Pups for correctly picking Team Ruff (sorry couldn't get Jingo - his "date book" was full!)
Harm and I hope you had fun playing "seasonal football" this year.

- 's final game - the SUPER BOWL !! -- this is IT, 18:26:18 01/28/15 Wed [11]
Ready or Not the big game has finally arrived. No more What If or Retrial it's time for Offensive Action and Defensive Action. The Adversaries have been picked, the Rules of Engagement defined. Time to watch the Collision Course on the field. Harm has been resting up and is ready for a Full Engagement with the lucky winner or winners.
To get the ultimate "Harm prize" is simple, pick the winning team and the final score!
Everyone that selects the winning team might find their Pulse Rate a little high after their "Harm time". Even those that don't pick the winning team will have some time with A Girl's Best Friend! If you don't play you will be considered Overdue and Presumed Lost, and miss out on Hard Time ,uh I mean, "Harm time" .
So don't be shy ladies, it's time to state your intentions, who is going to win the SUPER BOWL and what will the FINAL SCORE be?
Will it be the New England Patriots OR the Seattle Seahawks ???
And what is the final score?
Don't let The Witches of Gulfport get you, picks have to be posted before game time (6:30 pm US eastern standard time) on Sunday, February 1st.

-- is Harm in your future?, 22:19:20 01/15/15 Thu [6]
Well ladies this is it, the conference championship games. No more War Stories, it's time for some serious Souls Searching. Each team will need to posses a Second Sight as the final four teams meet on the field of battle , uh, play. When it's all over two teams will be saying their Goodbyes, while the other two be saying Yeah Baby going to the Super Bowl!
Because there are only two games this week you not only have to pick the winning teams but also the final score for each game. Example: Saints, 24-17 (oh how I wish) and Bills, 28-14 . This week's lucky lady will be the one with the correct winning teams and the closest scores.
NFC Championship game in Seattle, Washington
The Green Bay Packers will meet the Seattle Seahawks .
AFC Championship game in Foxboro, MA
The Indianapolis Colts will be facing the New England Patriots .
For those that need a cheat sheet on scoring:
touch downs=6 points, PLUS kicked extra point +1 OR run extra point +2 (so either 7 or 8 per touchdown, it's usually 7)
field goal = 3 points
safety = 2 points (these are rare but not unheard)
GOOD LUCK LADIES, picks have to be in by 15:00 (3:00) USA eastern time Sunday.

- Picks for Week Seventeen -- last week of the regular season, 00:05:06 12/24/14 Wed [4]
Harm was out doing some last minute Christmas shopping and couldn't be reached for his picks. So in the spirit of the season and with apologies to Clement Clarke Moore (no disrespect intended), I offer this holiday selection.
Twas the night before Christmas and all across the land
The harmy ladies were waiting to win a night with 'their man'
From Florida floozies to Texas tarts, Northwest wenches and a pesky Marine
Each had visions a certain Captain would soon treat them like a queen
And don't forget the gals down under or the ones across the sea
They also had high hopes a Navy man would be under their tree
There's just one thing left to do before he could be 'poofed' into their care
Have the most wins in the football pool and hope they didn't have to share
The picks had been posted, the decisions had been made
There's nothing more to do but wait for the games to be played
The whistles blew, the clocks started, the games had begun
Twenty two guys and two coaches made it all look like fun
To the thirty, to the twenty to the fifteen yard line
A pass, a run, a tackle, my teams are doing just fine
On Panthers, on Lions, on Chargers, Bengals and Browns too.
Or did I pick the Falcons and Packers, the Chiefs, Steelers, and Ravens to break through
I've been good dear Santa, I've done my best
Please let my teams win, and I'll give you a rest
There's just one thing I want 'neath my tree
Harmon Rabb in mess dress and I'll be happy as can be
Of course he can be in winter blues, peanut butters, or summer whites
Oh, Harm in his boxers, you know what I like!
Hurry up Christmas I can hardly wait
I'm already for my prize, what is my fate?
If I don't win this week I know for a fact
The playoffs start soon and you know I'll be back!
Game One has the Carolina Panthers (6-8-1) vs the Atlanta Falcons (6-9)
Game Two is the Detroit Lions (11-4) vs the Green Bay Packers (11-4)
Game Three has the San Diego Chargers (9-6) vs the Kansas City Chiefs (8-7)
Game Four finds the Cincinnati Bengals (10-4-1) vs the Pittsburgh Steelers (10-5)
Game Five is the Cleveland Browns (7-8) vs the Baltimore Ravens (9-6)
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.

Some teams have reached the Promised Land (New England, Indianapolis, Arizonia, Denver) while others are just a win or two away. Unfortunately many are already the Odd Man Out (Jacksonville, Tennessee, Tampa Bay, Oakland) for this season. How is your favorite team doing?
Now for this weeks picks:
Game one has the Atlanta Falcons (5-9) vs the New Orlean Saints (6-8) . One of these teams could be 1st in the NFC south and headed to the playoffs.
Game two finds the Kansas City Chiefs (8-6) taking on Pittsburgh Steelers (9-5) . Both teams are trying to get to the second season, wonder which will make it?
Game three has the Indianapolis Colts (10-4) meeting the Dallas Cowboys (10-4) The records are the same but the Colts are in and the Cowboys aren't, yet. Will a Colts win keep the Cowboys out?
Game four is the Seattle Seahawks (10-4) playing the Arizona Cardinals (11-3) . Arizona's in, can they keep division rival Seattle out?
Only one more week to go, which teams will be saying Hail and Farewell and which teams will have a Second Sight? Make your picks before 1300 (USA eastern time) Sunday.

- Picks for Week fifteen
-- Go Navy, 21:43:28 12/11/14 Thu [5]
Special Announcement - Saturday, from Baltimore, Maryland, it's the annual Army-Navy game. GO NAVY!!!
Only three weeks to go and no one is in the playoffs - but many are one win away! has started looking for a good place to Rendezvous with this year's Super Bowl Harmy lady.
Game One finds the Houston Texans (7-6) meeting the Indianapolis Colts (9-4) . The first and second place teams in their conference, don't think there will be any Friendly Fire at this game.
Game Two has the Miami Dolphins (7-6) facing the New England Patriots (9-4) . Another game with first and second place teams, Miami can continue The Crash on New England's hopes for a playoff berth with a win.
Game Three finds the New York Jets (2-11) taking on the Tennessee Titans (2-11) . Neither team will be going to the playoffs but one will need to take the High Ground and hope the Boomerang effect doesn't get them once there.
Game Four is between the Dallas Cowboys (9-4) and the Philadelphia Eagles (9-4) . These teams are tied for first. Can't look to Yesterday's Heros in this game. Each team will have to fight Head to Toe to get in the playoffs.
Bonus Game Five is on Monday Night with the New Orlean Saints (5-8) meeting the Chicago Bears (5-8) . Which team will be Crossing the Line with a win at the end of this game?
Don't be the Odd Man Out, have your selections posted before 1300 (USA eastern time) Sunday.

Yes ladies it's week Twelve the season is almost over, only six more weeks to go. Do you think Harm is "up to it"?
Game One finds the New York Jets (2-8) facing the Buffalo Bills (5-5) . It might be "Life or Death" for the players, too few wins and the Code of Conduct might call them to be traded. That's if there are Survivors from snow!
Game Two has the Cincinnati Bengals (6-3) meeting the Houston Texans (5-5) . No need for a Code Blue as both teams are doing well. Question is will they keep the High Ground?
Game Three finds the St. Louis Rams (4-6) taking on the San Diego Chargers (6-4) . They'll be War Stories to tell after this game! Will one be about getting Smoked?
Game Four has the Miami Dolphins (6-4) against the Denver Broncos (7-3) . Good Intentions won't win this game, it might take a Miracle.
Standards of Conduct require all selections be posted before 1300 (USA eastern time) Sunday.
Don't be caught on the Blind Side, Week Thirteen picks will be posted on late Monday, first game is Thursday!!!

Harm commented last week he thought he was having Deja Vu moments when I post the weekly picks. I"ll be checking him from Head to Toe just to make sure he's Fit for Duty before this week's prizes.
Week Eleven
Game One finds the Philadelphia Eagles (7-3) facing the Green Bay Packers (6-3). Green Bay is in the Shadow of the Detroit Lions for the division lead, a win here helps. Philadelphia is hoping they don't become The Prisoner of Aaron Rogers.
Game two has the Seattle Seahawks (6-3) playing the Kansas City Chiefs (6-3) . These teams are evenly matched and fighting for division leads, neither is ready to drink the Hemlock.
Game three will be the Detroit Lions (7-2) meeting the Arizona Cardinals (8-1) on the field of battle. Both teams are leading their division, no King of the Fleas here.
Game Four finds the New England Patriots (7-2) battling the Indianapolis Colts (6-3) . Another two division leaders, both want to keep their Lifeline strong with a win, not fade to a Past Tense.
Please post your picks by 1300 Sunday (1:00 EDT USA)

This Just In From Baghdad: Harm is Fit for Duty. He is scheduled to be at Camp Delta this month and has a TAD on One Big Boat also planned. When will he find time to "work" on the Four Percent Soultion?
Week Ten
Game One has the Kansas City Chiefs (5-3) meeting the Buffalo Bills (5-3) . It's week ten, time for a Whole New Ballgame? Or will this be a Retrial of the same game plan? Time will tell.
Game two is the Miami Dolphins (5-3) against the Detroit Lions (6-2) . Miami is coming off a win at JAG:San Diego, does Detroit have a chance or will it be There Goes The Neighborhood?
Game three finds the Atlanta Falcons (2-6) facing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers(1-7) . Both teams are facing the Heart of Darkness if they can't get on a winning track. I wonder which one will be Bridging the Gulf and get the win
Game Four is between the Chicago Bears (3-5) and the Green Bay Packers (5-3) . This is a tale of Two Towns, which one will be the Dream Team?
Post your picks before 1300 (USA eastern time) Sunday.

Well the season is half over, how are your pre season picks doing? Are they A Girl's Best Friend, or are they filled with Good Intentions headed for The Crash? Harm is Back in the Saddle ready for the second half of the season.
Week Nine games
Game one finds the Arizona Cardinals (6-1) facing the Dallas Cowboys (6-2) . Which team will get the Touchdowns and which team will cry about The One That Got Away ?
Game two has the Washington Redskins (3-5) playing the Minnesota Vikings (3-5) . With the same record so far neither team can be accused of The Boast however one team might have Hard Times with a loss.
Game three will be the Denver Broncos (6-1) taking on the New England Patriots (6-2) . Another match up with similar records, What If? there are Fighting Words on the field? Will the teams Take It Like a Man?
Game four has the Baltimore Ravens (5-3) against the Pittsburgh Steelers (5-3) . Look for Close Quarters on the field as one team might send in a Trojan Horse .
Harm pulled a little Secret Agent Man on me and has noticed some teams have 'appeared' more frequently in the pool than others. I tried to tell him teams are selected by random picks, but somehow my Pulse Rate gave me away. Don't find yourself in A Tangled Webb , part 2 this week, post your picks before 1300 (USA eastern time) Sunday.

Harm is a Fortunate Son this week, celebrating his birthday, and watching the San Francisco Giants and Kansas City Royals play in the World Series. In football as some teams are getting closer to the Promised Land many are still getting their Offensive Action in order to still be in the game 'at the end of the day'. The Standards of Conduct remain high for all teams on the field. No Dangerous Games this week.
Week Eight games
Game one finds the St. Louis Rams (2-4) meeting the Kansas City Chiefs (3-3) . The Rams might be in Critical Condition but their Heart and Soul will be on the field Sunday.
Game two has the Minnesota Vikings (2-5) visiting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-5) . Both teams looking for Second Acts. Will we see some Friendly Fire on the field?
Game three will be the Seattle Seahawks (3-3) against the Carolina Panthers (3-3) . Ready or Not the Seahawks face an evenly matched Panthers team. Hope there are no Complications during the game.
Game four finds the Philadelphia Eagles (5-1) facing the Arizona Cardinals (5-1) . Will we see Ice Queen or a Meltdown?

Week Six games

Game two has the Pittsburgh Steelers (3-2) meeting the Cleveland Browns (2-2) . Don't look for a Mutiny or Retreat, Hell during this game, both teams are anxious for a win.
Game three will see the Green Bay Packers (3-2) play the Miami Dolphins (2-2) . Wonder which Legacy will shine in this game?
Game four has the Washington Redskins (1-4) taking on the Arizona Cardinals (3-1) . Is it Valor for the Cardinals or Salvation for the Redskins.

We are one quarter of the way through this year's football season and there have been a few surprises. One team is Overdue (for a win) and Presumed Lost (for the season if they don't get a win soon). There are two teams that seem to be the Real Deal Seal with no losses! You all know the Rules of Engagement so let's get this week's picks Front and Center.
Week Five games
Game One winner of this game gets bragging rights in Texas for the next year, when the Houston Texans (3-1) meeting the Dallas Cowboys (3-1) . Will there be a Mishap on the field or will we see a True Calling .
Game two has the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-3) taking on the New Orlean Saints (1-3) . It could be a Life or Death situation for the teams, will one fall victim to Cabin Pressure on the field.
Game three finds the Atlanta Falcons (2-2) facing the New York Giants (2-2) . It Promises to be a good game, however there might be Contemptuous Words on the field before this game is over.
Game four has Chicago Bears (2-2) playing the Carolina Panthers (2-2) . Teams are evenly matched in this game, will there be a Surface Warfare on the field or will both teams let their Body Talk.
Bonus Game five has the Kansas City Chiefs (2-2) taking on the San Francisco 49ers (2-2) . Another evenly matched game, who will end up King of the Greenie Board?

Harm is really going Above and Beyond the call of duty with his "prizes", but he's wondering why some Harmy ladies have Vanished after game day. Is it a case of The Imposters or does "this have Webb written all over it"?
This week we have two teams undefeated and two teams looking for their first win. Will this be their week?
Week Three games
Game One is a match up between Oakland Raiders (0-2) and the New England Patriots (1-1) . Will we see The King of the Fleas at the end of this game or be witness to a Death Watch ?
Game Two finds the Houston Texans (2-0) facing the New York Giants (0-2) . One undefeated and one with no wins, will either team be Defenseless? I wonder which one will end up with Clipped Wings?
Game Three has the Denver Broncos (2-0) taking on the Seattle Seahawks (1-1) . Will Yesterday's Heroes leave a Ghost Ship adrift in the northwest?
Game Four finds the Chicago Bears (1-1) battling the New York Jets (1-1) . Two evenly matched teams on Monday night, which one will follow the Chains of Command and get the win, leaving the other on the Blind Side?
All picks must be posted before the first game on Sunday (1:00 eastern time USA)

This week we have one lucky lady that gets Harm all to herself. Guessing all four games correctly, this week's winner is Judi .

- Picks for Week One
-- usmgrad & Harm, 23:11:51 09/01/14 Mon [9]
I have it on good authority Harm has been working out during the off season. Long runs on the beach, weight training, swimming and bike riding. His endurance levels are high,
his stamina is strong. He's pumped and ready, so let's play!
Each week Harm (with my help) will select four games and I'll post them. All you have to do is pick who you think will win each game. Each week the Harmy lady with the most wins gets Harm for the night, the rest have to settle for only a piece of him. So now is the time ladies, Harm's a waiting!
Week One
Game One is also game one for the NFL on Thursday, September 4th when the Green Bay Packers face the Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks . The Packers lost to the Seahawks last year, will this be another Deja Vu moment with the Seahawks as the Survivors again?
Game Two finds the Jacksonville Jaguars taking on the Philadelphia Eagles in Philadelphia. Will the Jaguars be able to take the High Ground or will we hear War Cries from the City of Brotherly Love?
Game Three is between the San Francisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys . Will Defensive Action be the theme of this game or will the Cowboys give the 49ner's the Boot ?
Game Four finds the Indianapolis Colts and the Denver Broncos facing off on Sunday night . It's week one so everyone's on board, no Skeleton Crew for this game. Will it be a good game or is someone going to get Smoked?
So there you have it week one of what is going to be another fun season. So come join The Brotherhood uh sisterhood and tell your friends. All picks have to be posted before the Green Bay vs Settle game Thursday and good luck to everyone!
