We are PCSing back to the States in December, but we are taking leave in route. We want to ship the cats separately (cargo) but when I tried to make arrangements with an airline, I was told I need to contact a customs broker (who would then contact the airline to make arrangements!). I haven't had any luck finding a broker. Can anyone help?
