Dear Mr. Thesaurus,

I appreciate the proposal to move a couple of games to Turkmenistan, but luckily I will be departing post in less than a week for my next assignment in the country otherwise known as hell…Quito, Ecuador. I would be glad to accept your proposal in Quito, but Spaniards, Indians, and Mestizos(who gave up their traditional ways to wear denim), may be able to shoot tequila and sew, but I doubt they have the ability to toss a ringer, run a pool table, or shank a Top Flight X-out into the Family Dollar parking lot on #11 at the Jay & Lionel Hebert Municipal Golf Course on Mudd Ave..

The actual point I am trying to get at here is the Bonehead Olympix is an American event. America is the greatest country in this sad and impure world. As much as I would like to take part in the events this year, I will have to leave it up to you, my fellow Americans, to compete passionately on our own fine soil.

…and sorry, there’s no ‘Buzkashi’ in the gigantic metropolis of Ashgabat. If I wouldn’t have worked every damn day this past year, I could have visited the tribes of the Karakum Desert(the actual hottest desert in the world) and maybe have found this interesting game or a similar one.

Good Day to you also
