Hey Shanon,

Oprah is ADORABLE! It will just take some time to adjust. Play some soft easy music for her while she is in her crate or put a watch that ticks loud enough for her to hear it right outside her crate where she cannot get to it.
But please remember that leaving a dog in a crate for more than 8 hours a day is horrible. (Not that your doing this...just a reminder). Maybe if you do move her into your bedroom next to your bed, she will hear you sleeping and calm down faster. Good luck :0)
