Maybe it would help if we take away the anonymity of a judge's scores. Overall, I liken this situation to the recent ice skating judging scandal and subsequent overhaul of scoring. they've assigned required moves, certain points for certain moves...maybe this is a model from which ID can be inspired to standardize judging.
