Subject: Cover Miss

I am just thinking, how many of you would go to Cover Miss next year? Whether you went this year or not, because of what the director, Ruth Barron, did to a child? How many of you would put your child into a situation where she could possibly be treated that way in front of so many people?

I guarantee you that many of you who know what happened will anyway, because of that oh so prestigeous "Cover Miss" title, I just hope that your child doesn't suffer the embarassment that one already has.

Pageants are supposed to be an enjoyable fun experience for our kids. Why take them to one that you KNOW might hurt them? Kids learn the difference between win and lose and doing their best over time, as they grow... a BABY was hurt at CM!

I think the time for CM being a prestigious title should be over! If all pageant moms banded together and left Ruth with just her precious newbies, maybe she would get the message. Get over it!! Good lord........the 7-9 Grand two years ago was a beautiful black child Mae Tai Gabrielle. The year before that a gorgeous Asian child, Blair Sanders won the 7-9 Divisional Supreme. Victoria Ratcliff who is a gorgeous brunette beauty has won Grand at Cover Miss. There has been other black children winning at Nationals in years past. So get over it! - The girl did not take off her clothes in lineup. She went to her room and changed clothes dumb butt. Because mother's could tell her clothes were not otr I guess she was trying to cheat and got caught. Guess who was checking the tags. That's right her coaches daughter.
