I think the time for CM being a prestigious title should be over! If all pageant moms banded together and left Ruth with just her precious newbies, maybe she would get the message. Get over it!! Good lord........the 7-9 Grand two years ago was a beautiful black child Mae Tai Gabrielle. The year before that a gorgeous Asian child, Blair Sanders won the 7-9 Divisional Supreme. Victoria Ratcliff who is a gorgeous brunette beauty has won Grand at Cover Miss. There has been other black children winning at Nationals in years past. So get over it!
