Hey, I sent that Lesley an email a few weeks ago, but have not heard a reply yet. I've also contacted a few other Lesley Goldies that I ran across on a search.

And on the John Robins question - that is interesting, I never noticed it. I'd love to see if anyone digs up a connection. Thanks for posting.
